Description
This is a bulk product of dried green tea Camellia Sinensis. It is a general tonic that has many uses, including as an antioxidant, antibacterial, diuretic, and astringent. It can also be used as a tea, in lotions, and as an infusion. It contains caffeine and tannins, which can interfere with some medications. It is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women.

AS A TEA
Infusion: pour 1 cup of boiling water over 2 teaspoons of herb. Let it stand for 5 min- 10 min, then strain. Drink 3 times a day.
You can use tea in lotions or add to your bath.
